As you already know the Lowry Family started this fraud since at Least December of 2006.
When Daniel Left to Mexico with Sebastian on May 25, 2007, Samantha Lowry started to erase all the emails between Daniel and Samantha and Daniel and her parents that explained all that Samantha was doing, including the neglect, the harm, the refusal to take care of Sebastian or give him medical attention, how Samantha Could not cope with him. Also the threats and actions Samantha Lowry was doing, including flooding the garage at purpose where Daniel had all his Art. Also how Samantha would leave Sebastian with Daniel and leave for Hours without saying a word.
This Email proves Samantha Lowry had erased such emails.
Daniel believed that if Samantha Lowry would send those emails, then Daniel could trust her. The rest of the letter is one of many, many attempts Daniel made to reach a resolution and explains everything up to that day in detail. Daniel did not know it was a fraud to steal everything from him and his family, and premeditated months in advance.

Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
