Used on August 22, 2007 Trial with Judge Gus Strauss in Travis County Court for the Theft of Millions by Minton Burton Foster and Collins, The Milner Law Firm, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family.

On this exhibit that was used to claim service the Fraudulent Attorney firms use an email account that is not from Daniel Diapacu@hotmail.com as you may see with all the emails of Daniel Pavon, there is not one single email from Daniel with that email address, Daniel account was “dapacu1 @ Hotmail . com” This is further proven because DAPACU stands for the first two initials of his whole name Daniel Pavon Cuellar.
But the purpose was to keep such suits secret from Daniel Pavon and unaware of the fraud committed against him.
The pleadings are false, and when Daniel needed the travel documents for him and Sebastian, they place restrictions to make impossible for him to obtain any travel documents for his Son.
But also the Milner Firm with Jami Milner (now Jami Milner Turner) and Joe Milner (Joe D Milner) claim by fraud and deception Daniel and Sebastian are in Austin, and Sebastian has the risk to be abducted to Mexico.

When in fact they knew Daniel was in Mexico City waiting for Samantha Lowry to arrive, Samantha was to arrive May 28.
This clearly shows the intentions of these criminals and why they did not show up in Laredo, why they did not send the travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian to return and as you may see below, now Samantha Lowry had broken into Daniel Homestead.
This was the way they kept secret this suit.
Then they will say Daniel violated the order to place false kidnapping charges to further make impossible his return, that way, they will be stealing all his assets, nevertheless, by been a Federal Charge, omissions, false testimonies, withholding of evidence is a serious crime.
Furthermore, service had to be made by the Hague Convention and Jeremy Morley was an expert on the Hague convention, The Milner Firm, nor Joe Milner, nor Jami Milner Turner followed rules of service Laws of Mexico,  but also the Milner Firm could not serve by rules of Service in Texas Law 103. No person who is a party to or interested in the outcome of a suit shall serve any process.
