This is the SAPCR filed by the Milner Firm one Day after been hired.

The day when Joe D Milner, Jami Milner Turner, (milner firm) and Lowry Family knew Daniel left his Parents home by the harrasment and violence of the Lowry Family against his parents, and could no longer be served at the address of Explanada. Furthermore, they purposely give the address wrong, without the neighborhood name, without ZIP CODE, then service will never make it to Daniel Pavon.

On this exhibit that was used to claim service; the Fraudulent Attorney firms and Joe D Milner use an email account that is not from Daniel; Diapacu@hotmail.com as you may see from all the emails of Daniel Pavon,there is not one single email from Daniel with that email address, Daniel account was “dapacu1 @ Hotmail . com” This is further proven because DAPACU stands for the first two initials of his whole name Da niel Pa von Cu ellar.
But the purpose was to keep Daniel Pavon unaware of the suits and fraud committed against him.
The pleadings are false and when Daniel needed the travel documents for him and Sebastian to return to the United States, the Milner Firm and Lowry Family work in conspiracy to place restrictions to make impossible for him to obtain any travel documents for his Son.
But also the Milner Firm with Jami Milner (now Jami Milner Turner) and Joe Milner (Joe D Milner) claim by fraud and deception Daniel and Sebastian are in Austin, and Sebastian has the risk to be abducted to Mexico.
The Milner Firm is well conected in Austin Texas, so Joe Milner Files the Original Pleading (first documents ever filed) on May 30 and gets granted in around twenty minutes, also the Habeas Corpus.
Then they say the violation to that order will subject Daniel to criminal and civil penalties. When in fact Daniel and Sebastian are in Mexico waiting for Samantha Lowry and totally unaware of this Frivolous Suit to take all the assets and property of the Pavon Cuellar Family.
And when in fact they knew Daniel was in Mexico City waiting for Samantha Lowry to arrive, Samantha was to arrive May 28. But even specified Daniel and Sebastian were in Mexico already on the Habeas Corpus filed the same day.
Joe Milner and Milner Firm are true criminals, making impossible Due Process for Daniel Pavon, by the Filing of these false pleadings to obtain false warrants, and make impossible for Daniel to be heard or be present in Court, and even unaware of such proceedings and take all his assets from him, all his privileges, even his son, even his homestead. But this firm of criminals work in concert with the clients and the whole family to also take all the assets of the whole Pavon Cuellar Family.

Joe D Milner, also Jamie Milner Turner and Scott Milner are a criminal taking the rights given by the U.S and Texas Constitutions, by Human Rights, and Civil Rights, but also the rights given By law, by International Treaties.
This clearly shows the intentions of these criminals and why nobody show up in Laredo to give Daniel and Sebastian their Travel documents to enter the United States, why they did not send the travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian to return, and why this fraud was planned since at least December 2006 (EXHIBIT)

Then making impossible for Daniel and Sebastian to return and unaware of such proceedings Minton Burton Foster and Collins, The Milner Law Firm, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family will steal all the property and assets of Daniel Pavon but also his parents
Then after this court orders obtained by fraud and deception, even with perjuries, they will say Daniel violated the order and placed false kidnapping charges, nevertheless, by been a Federal Charge, omissions, false testimonies, withholding of evidence is a serious crime.
