During June 6 where a lot of emails between Samantha Lowry and Daniel because Daniel and Sebastian had gone to Laredo on June 3, 2007 and nobody showed up with their travel documents to for them to be able to enter the United States.
Daniel even said if Samantha could not return to the united States they will stay together. “isn´t the most important to have Sebastian in your arms” and “you will not have any problem coming back, I can promess you that” (Samantha Lowry went to Mexico after she had obtain the illegal profits in November and in December of 2007, and did not have any problem coming back to the United States)  But Daniel did not know this was a planed fraud, and Samantha Lowry was after the money, she did not care for Sebastian or as you have seen in the emails, she could not cope with Sebastian.
