Joe D Milner and Jami Milner keep their fraud, and on June 7, 2007 they claim to have sent this suit of “Joint Custody” to Daniel Pavon, but once again they send it to the “fake” email account. “diapacu” was not and has never been an email account of Daniel, and you can also see all the emails from Daniel at the time and used as exhibits in this court, come from “dapacu1@” not a single one from “diapacu@” this is further proven by the fact that DAPACU is the artist name for Daniel Pavon Cuellar, and stands for the first two initials of his name. Is important that you also know that Milner firm could not serve any papers neither by Texas Law rule 103: No person who is a party to or interested in the outcome of a suit shall serve any process.

Obviously this Law was made to prevent attorneys and other people from doing this type of fraud the Milner Firm was doing; to keep suits and proceedings totally secret.

But Joe D Milner from the Milner Firm who has practice as an attorney for over 40 years, knew very well he was breaking the Law, and working in conspiracy with Jami Milner (also known as Jami Milner Turner) Scott Milner and others in their plan to steal millions of Dollars by Fraud and Deception and making not only impossible the return of Daniel to the United States, prevent Due Process of Law, but also steal all his assets and property from all his family for them to never be able to afford Justice.
But this is only the beginning, and only around 8 days after Joe D Milner and Milner Firm were hired.
