Stolen checks from Raul and Guadalupe and used for fraud.
The important part of this Exhibit, is that it proves the account was opened since July of 1994, but Samantha Lowry by Fraud deception and perjuries claimed Daniel had just opened that account under the name of the parents and was the money of Daniel Pavon.
The criminal firms of Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, Milner Firm agree to present such stolen records that are also privilege and confidential, since after all, they were getting paid on what they will steal from the victims, and they knew (Thought) Daniel will never be able to be heard or be present in court and since they were stealing all the assets of the Pavon´s, they could never afford justice.
