These criminal firms of Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, Milner Firm agree to present such stolen records that were also privilege and confidential to Guadalupe and Raul and been their personal mail. Since after all, the firms were getting paid on what they will steal from the victims (Guadalupe, Raul and Daniel) and they knew (Thought) Daniel will never be able to be heard or be present in Court, especially since up to date they have all personal documents of Daniel, but also since they were stealing all the assets of the Pavon´s, they could never afford justice. Guadalupe and Raul had no knowledge of the fraud and theft and in fact these firm did everything to keep them secret.
In this Exhibit even if the Deed and Appraisal records show Guadalupe is the sole owner of such Property, Samantha Lowry claimed also by fraud, deception and aggravated perjuries and without a single piece of evidence to her claims, such properties were from Daniel, when Samantha Lowry well knew they were not, but to take possession of them and to be auctioned without notice or Due process, in an email of Samantha Lowry she claims they had the buyer and in another email claimed they will buy a percentage of such land themselves, 144 acres in West Austin that did not appear in the Court list of properties to be auctioned as they were suppose to. Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, Milner Firm and Lowry Family presented in Court of August 22, 2007 to Judge Gus Strauss these documents, plus all the other exhibits used with Fraud, deception and perjuries, for the convenience of the theft of Thirty Five Millions Dollars Fraud.
