Stolen records from Guadalupe and Raul by Samantha Lowry her family and used by Milner firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and  Bratton in Court of August 22, 2007 for Fraud to obtain illegal profits. Even when they knew it was stolen and privilege and confidential records from Raul and Guadalupe.

But, it is also used against them, since it proves beyond any doubt, Petras was purchased by Guadalupe and Raul.
This property was auctioned on April 1, 2008. Only 22 days after the murder of Raul Pavon and taking advantage of the grief of the Pavon Family.
