Stolen Records by Samantha from the personal email account of Daniel. Samantha Lowry also entered and erased all the emails from Daniel email account on or around May 28, 2007. Such emails described all the violence against Daniel, the neglect of Samantha to Sebastian, her abuse, and all she was doing against Daniel and Sebastian, also all the emails between Daniel and her parents were erased, which explained all the struggle Daniel was doing to find a solution.

All those emails were also withheld from the courts since it explained all the negligence, neglect and violence of Samantha, even flooding at purpose the garage of Daniel homestead where he had all his Paintings, Samantha leaving Sebastian with Daniel and her leaving for hours without notice when Daniel had meetings, how she could not cope with Sebastian, her bad treatment to him and refusal togive him medical attention and much more.
Samantha had taken out this email from Daniel email account and is between Daniel and his sister, the email was ALTERED especially the first page.

Apparently the translation was made by Silvina Castrano Emerson who she claims to come from a family of attorneys and even married to one, so she knew that the email was personal, privilege and confidential, but also by been an email, stolen.

The email was in Spanish, but they do not include the version in Spanish and we know if it was altered, this is also a crime, also an abuse of trust, invasion of privacy, but also theft of private documents.

But it shows what was happening on May 17, 2007 and why Samantha Lowry had left, also of Samantha threats to take Sebastian to England and as later she claimed she could not return. Further proves the premeditation of this fraud, and why Samantha changed after the birth of Sebastian, it was time to cash in and leave to England.
Also proves the perjuries of Samantha; Daniel was always working.
Samantha asked for a DNA test of Sebastian on December 3, 2007 (in front of over 8 witnesses and also in front of a notary public), but kidnapped Sebastian before the DNA took place .
