Proves: No drug abuse in the family

Proves: Samantha refused to give the vaccines to Sebastian

Proves: Sebastian did not have problems with drinking formula, the whole report does not say anything about been allergic or intolerant to formula
These were the records Samantha Lowry and Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, Milner Firm Submitted to court. In the whole record does not refer Sebastian was allergic or intolerant to formula, further proven by Samantha Lowry testimony in her deposition.
But the records show Samantha Lowry refused to give Sebastian any vaccines, Daniel oppose to this, especially after the pediatrician said the risk to Sebastian Health and the difficulty he will have in schools since some schools require the vaccines, but Samantha kept refusing.
The parents of Samantha Lowry left on April 26, 2007, during their stay Sebastian received regular medical care, after they left, and Samantha refuse to take Sebastian to the pediatrician and the last visit of Sebastian was on April 16, 2007. Samantha Lowry also refuse to aloud Daniel to take Sebastian to the Pediatrician, even when Sebastian had some balls in his neck that were growing and bothered him to the touch, Samantha refuse to take him and have them check. Samantha Lowry even was taking showers with Sebastian at one month old.
As soon as Daniel arrived to Mexico City (Saturday May 26, 2007) he took Sebastian to a pediatrician (Wednesday May 30, 2007) and found the balls in his neck were a serious ear infection and the pediatrician said it was at a very advanced stage and that Sebastian could have lost his hearing.
