It was very simple, Samantha was to arrive on May 28 to Mexico; Daniel had even give her $2000 for her travel plans, and even help her with her travel plans. This Exhibit describes in detail everything.
But the Lowry Family; Jemima Lowry, Scarlett Lowry, Jorgina Lowry, Susan Gail Lowry, John Auriol Lowry, and Samantha Jennifer Lowry had started this fraud since at least December 2006.
Daniel and Sebastian had no choices, Samantha had stolen their travel documents, refuse to send them, Samantha and everyone of her side refuse to meet Daniel and Sebastian in Laredo for them to be able to enter the United States, refused to send a letter of immigration, and as you have also see, the Lowry Family and even Milner sabotage every agreement.

Daniel had no choices, NONE, he attempted delivery of Sebastian to Austin, attempted to return to Austin and even went to Laredo, Samantha had no restrictions or conditions to go to Mexico, even Daniel give her $ 2000 for her trip, Daniel made several attempts to reach a resolution, several attempts to return with Sebastian, even attempted to return Sebastian to the British Consulate, and all he asked from Samantha was to tell the truth, and even Daniel said to her he will help her all he could. But their plan was the money, not Sebastian. THEY USED A TWO MONTH OLD FOR PROFITS WHILE DESTROYING THE PAVON CUELLAR FAMILY IN THIS HUGE THEFT AND FRAUD.
