This Exhibit Dated August 11, 2007 from Daniel to FBI, George Bush and to whomever Daniel could think that could help them.
In this email Daniel was already asking for help from the actions and fraud of these criminals.
“I hereby attach the fraud that has placed in danger the life of my son, my life and the life of my family, including my parents 70 and 80 years old” this email was before the Fraud was consummated, and before the murder of the Father of Daniel, but also before the kidnapping of his son, and the theft of everything Daniel Pavon owned. Yet, and after 1 Year 6 months from that date, after the murder of his father, after the kidnapping of his son, after the theft of everything Daniel owned, even his homestead and personal documents, even against the law, even with all this evidence, Justice has been denied.
Daniel sent this email and to be forwarded to Police, FBI, and others.
You can see that what Daniel said in this letter, in fact is proven with all the evidence submitted by The Lowry Family and her attorneys.
But Daniel had no influences, he was ignored. The Austin Police Department and FBI Failed to protect this family, Failed to protect their rights granted by the Law and Constitution of the United States, Failed to take action on time, and resulted on a Fraud of 35 million out of Jurisdiction, in the theft of 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings, in The Kidnapping of Sebastian, in The murder of Daniel ´s Father, in theft of real estate and much more.
On the last part of the Email, is an email from Milner of the Fourth petition send on a Friday at 15:38 P.M. and less than 72 hours from court, without the court time or location, and also Milner is forbidden to send such notices by Texas rules of Service.
But also, since they had withheld Daniel and Sebastian Travel documents, taken over the homestead of Daniel and all his personal documents, and even placed restrictions for Daniel to obtain any travel documents for Sebastian, but even placed two false warrants against Daniel to make impossible for him to appear in Court, impossible for him to be heard, impossible the return with his son. But even on the fourth amendment petition, Joe D Milner ask for Something and Judge John K Dietz grants a lot more. Judge John K Dietz Granted orders against the Law, against the Constitutions, against basic human and civil rights without any required evidence by Law, example; Child support.
