Samantha Lowry and Daniel had insurance (CHIP) granted by not having income, this bill as well as all the expenses were covered by the insurance.
But they did not want to show such insurance because it will prove Daniel Pavon had no money, so only that way they could get away with the amounts they were granted.
To have withheld records to obtain by fraud and deception such amount from court, is a crime.
