But Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family very well knew it was his homestead, and was homestead Exempt and protected by the Constitution and Texas Law proven with Exhibit 46 also filed by them in this court, which was the current status of the Property of Daniel Pavon and proves it was his Homestead.

But this Exhibit was used by Fraud and Deception to fool the Judge and obtain the Homestead of Daniel Pavon.
