First Email:
The following email is a lie, but was sent by Jami Milner to obstruct the return of Daniel since he was very insistent on returning to the United States, as Daniel Pavon tried to negotiate an agreement, the true warrant on false grounds was issued on June 18, 2007. But also Milner and Lowry refuse to negotiate, not even talk about reaching an agreement or sign any agreement. Also they refuse to speak about the travel documents or to send them for Daniel and Sebastian to return, this email from Jami Milner was sent only four days after Daniel went with Sebastian to Laredo and Milner Firm knew about it as the evidence shows, but Sebastian and Daniel were stood up in Laredo. Also here you can see the threats and harassment against the business partner of Daniel also on false grounds but for the purpose for Daniel to have absolutely no help in Austin Texas. The mail was transferred to his partner home because Samantha was coming to Mexico and nobody else could send it to them.
It is also important to know, that Jami Milner and Joe Milner uses the real email address of Daniel this time, but they keep secret all their proceedings they had started, they do not mention anything neither of the travel documents to be sent to Daniel, their purpose was to make sure Daniel Pavon could have no possible way on returning to the United States to make impossible for him to be heard and steal all his assets anyways. A True MOB.

Second Email:

Shows Daniel attempting to return Sebastian, but by the advice of Daniel attorney he said they needed an agreement, same that Samantha and Milner Firm refuse to talk, negotiate or sign anything, simply because it was a fraud planned since January to take all his assets and the one of his family, further proven with the following email.

Third Email:

This email is extremely important, is from Joe Milner Dated June 11:
He starts with the threats of making it public (Remember the fraud started at least since January 7 when the Lowry Family were already working with Adelante solutions for media and government contacts) in actuality, Daniel was the one to contact the news for help a few weeks later asking for help.
Even if Milner knew Daniel Pavon had Left his Parents home since June 7 by the harassment and threats of Samantha against his parents and confirmed by Joseph Lowry and Tristan Nind who were in Mexico City, Milner shows his true fraudulent intentions to go after the assets of Daniel Parents.
Fraudulent Joe D Milner and Milner Firm starts with False claims of harassment when in fact it was the Lowry Family harassing Daniel and his parents, but also Milner Firm itself with threats of charges against Daniel, his business partner and his family, when in fact Daniel was only trying to return to the United States and also trying to reach a solution as you can see the emails of that time.
Daniel had tried to get his travel documents and even went to Laredo on June 3 and had been trying to return to Austin right after Samantha did not show up in Mexico and she made several delays, but they had stood him and Sebastian in Laredo, and refuse to send his travel documents.
Now, Milner continues to describe what are dead threats and the making of new stories that are absurd and ridiculous, especially when Daniel was in Mexico City. But show the manipulation and lies that were part of all pleadings and the cases in Court.
Then you can see his plan and why they placed the false warrants against Daniel. This shows the premeditated fraud and plan of this MOB, and they were able to obtain such warrants by the criminal Police Director Andrew Westbrook and influence within the Judicial System.
Then he said to return Sebastian to the British Embassy with already a threat Samantha will take him to England, why not to the U.S Embassy, why not to the child services of Mexico, why not deliver to Daniel the documents for him to return to Austin. Why not mention the illegal proceedings they were having already? Why keep them Secret? Why not mention the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian?
But also shows, Joe Milner had the real email address for Daniel, and further prove his perjuries in illegal service and fraud.
Joe Milner has been practicing Law for around 40 years; this fraudulent attorney firm is criminals of Law. Also giving only 4 hours and 30 minutes For Daniel to return his son and by email! Impossible request.
