EMAIL FROM SAMANTHA TO MILNER, EXHIBIT  USED IN COURT BY MILNER: PROVES THE FRIVOLOUS SUIT, THE FRAUD, THE VIOLENCE AGAINST DANIEL PARENTS.

As Soon as Milner Knew Daniel Left His parents home, they started a serious violence against the parents of Daniel for the sole purpose to go after the money and real estate and attempt to cause a heart attack to Guadalupe.

The brother Joseph Lowry, Scarlett Lowry, Tristan Nind were at all times outside the PAVON Cuellar Home in Mexico City, each time the Pavon´s will walk out of their home, the Lowry Family  threw rocks against them and called constantly will deadly threats, knowing of the heart condition of Miss Pavon and going after their assets. In one email of Samantha they even made bets she will die (Attempted Murder)

Once Guadalupe and Raul had to leave their own home by their deteriorated health and the Lowry Family successfully were able to scared them away, then Tristan Nind, Joseph Lowry and a so called “ Pete” were monitoring by video their home 24 hours (Crime in Mexico).

Although the Lowry Family and Milner Law Firm knew where Guadalupe and Raul were in Mexico City, and also knew Daniel was in Veracruz (they were tracing his emails, Daniel wrote nearly every day trying to find a solution) but Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry family´s  purpose was to keep the house vacant.
