Daniel Pavon said to Samantha Lowry he will return immediately after Samantha would send their travel documents OR a notarized letter from immigration that they will aloud Daniel and Sebastian to enter the United States without any form of ID, since Samantha claimed she had left the travel documents at the border.
Samantha was evasive and did not reply to thiks email in regards to the Travel documents or Immigration Letter.

Then, it is of extreme importance the statement Daniel Makes: “You have no restrictions or conditions to come here (to Mexico) at ANYTIME,” reason why he had left $2000 for Samantha Lowry to go to Mexico, but all working in conspiracy with the Lowry Family and Andrew Westbrook (Police Detective friend of Samantha Lowry) by perjuries Fraud, Deception and lies obtained a False parental kidnapping warrant against Daniel to make impossible his return, but even if he will return Andrew Westbrook even made a deadly threat against Daniel. Daniel and Sebastian were trying to return to Austin, but also Samantha had no restrictions or conditions at anytime and Samantha Lowry did not have custody of Sebastian (For the perjuries and illegal actions of Andrew Westbrook, and the evidence of False warrants click HERE, includes the police reports affidavits and more. Even the police report is very specific Daniel had not committed any crime since there were no custody orders.)

But Samantha Lowry is in violation of this code and has Kidnapped Sebastian since December 3, 2007. Samantha Lowry took Sebastian from Austin to the United Kingdom on or around December 7, 2007
