AMY MERRITT A SUICIDAL CRAZY AND PERVERSE WOMAN

Amy Lynn Merritt, who was named Amy Lynn Schneider at the time, was a woman Daniel met nearly 20 years ago in Grand Rapids Michigan; the relationship only lasted a few months.
Amy Merritt claimed she could not get pregnant because she had previous abortions were the doctor had “mess up” her inside and she could never have babies again.
Daniel stop using protection and at that time, on that very same month which was right at the beginning of the relationship, Amy Merritt Got Pregnant.
Daniel thought it was not from him, but also something appear to be wrong with the baby since Amy Merritt had continuous bleeding, so they both decided to have the abortion.
Sometime later, and for no reason Amy Merritt attempted suicide by deep cutting both of her wrists open with a Razor Blade.

Seven Years later, Daniel received a notice Amy Merritt had the child, and Daniel was added as “Father by default” on the birth certificate, and also a notice of Child Support. At that time Daniel contacted Amy and requested a DNA Test, but Amy Merritt refused.
The child was been adopted the attorney of Daniel had said once the child is Adopted and that is not even known or proven it was mine, no child support would be due or owed. And that was the end of it.
But on 2000 Daniel received another notice of child support owed, at that time he contacted Amy Merritt Again and requested the DNA test to get to see if it was Daniel son or not, but Amy Merritt refused once again, but said she will fix the problem and file the required documents in court, then she said the court granted all amounts to be dismissed, and that was the end of it.
Then on 2007, once again Daniel received a notice of Child Support due, which at that time Daniel contacted the Child Support unit in Michigan directly and demanded a DNA of the child (17 years old at the time) (EXHIBIT).
The DNA was made with some delays because the child was in Jail, so on March 30, 2007 Daniel realizes it was his child. Daniel started a Lawsuit against Amy Merritt to have taken Daniel parental rights, refused to the DNA and Daniel had never seen the child.
Samantha Lowry knew everything about it, even the suit and the harm Amy Merritt had caused to Daniel but also how Amy Merritt destroyed the life of his son.
But Samantha Lowry worked in conspiracy with Amy Merritt to make false testimonies, lies, and false claims against Daniel to make impossible for Daniel and Sebastian to return to Austin Texas then Samantha Lowry will become rich by the theft of all the property and assets of Daniel and his parents WITHOUT DUE PROCESS.
